    Breastfeeding

    Breastfeeding can be very challenging and even painful in the beginning when mom and baby are still learning together. During an in-home consultation I can observe a feeding session and help ensure that you are using the best position and achieving a deep latch to help alleviate the risk of nipple damage and encourage optimum milk intake by your baby.

    Pumping

    Pumping is a lot of hard work and not to mention a lot of dishes! I can help provide education for your breast pump and flange sizing to ensure that you are using the right equipment for optimum milk transfer.

    Increasing Milk Supply

    Whether you are just beginning your breastfeeding journey, or overcoming some challenges along the way, together we can make a tailored plan for you and your baby to increase your milk supply to help you reach your goal.

    Post Frenectomy Exercises

    After a tongue tie release, your doctor gives you a list of mouth exercises to perform. I can help assess your exercises and provide further exercise reinforcement per your providers recommendations.
